If i could give this place a negative review, I would . Literally they never have people where they're supposed to be. Only ever have 2 lanes open during the busiest hours of the day, had their machine break down on my and have to be rebooted which took a lifetime to come back up and I was in a huge hurry but I mean, it's not like they even cared or offered a second solution to my problem. Do not shop here. 10/10 hate this place.
Probably would of gave 5 stars but there are some departments that lack customer service help, the electronics department is one of them, it's a popular, often busy section..but this store pretty much will have everything your looking for..have to UPDATE..Upon ordering a Google mini, which was IN STORE also a SPEAKER SYSTEM that was in store on black Friday..I was GUARANTEED pick up of ALL items by Tuesday Nov 28th..just received a notice saying the only thing available for pick up today..November 28th are the cords for my speaker system, and now other items not available till Friday!!! It said if I did in store pick up it would be faster..nope should of had them shipped to my house I'd have them already!!!
It's a Supercenter.,..what more is there to say ? ? LOL ! I have not used the auto center yet to give a review but they always are busy. I have bought automotive batteries and found the staff there very helpful. My only bad experience was with the manager/supervisor/person over the electronics area. I needed a cell phone and wanted to transfer my old number. She was never available and was told 'she' did the transfer of numbers. Twice the same day I got the 'she's at lunch excuse' spanning two hours. The next day I returned (25 miles one way) and she was 'at lunch' again..3:00 pm. There was a fella 'Bob' big ole boy who asked if he could help? He spent quite awhile trying to get my old number transferred until I asked to just get it to work with any number. He did this and that was still a time consuming chore but he accomplished it. As he finished the ' manager' or whatever she is other than never there, walked up and was giving him a hard time for not waiting on another patron who'd walked up as he'd just finished with me. I asked who she was and when she said her name the same I'd been hearing for two days. I told her he'd been assisting me. The fella she was saying was being ignored had just walked up, he validated this also. I then told her if she'd not be unavailable by taking three hour lunches the previous day. Then if she'd been present she could have possibly transferred my actual number . I told her Bob was doing her job d covered for her while she was doing whatever it was she shouldn't be doing and instead of berating him she should thank him ! But, this is the only experience in this store that hasn't been top notch. Again, thanks Bob ! Keep smiling :-)
Always has what i need at a good price. Parking is usually no problem. The only problem is the electric carts for handicapped shoppers are not in the best of shape, there is not enough of them for the amount of customers, and the batteries are usually dead
Fairly good selection and their meats are excellent. Staff are very helpful. Back again and just have to update my earlier review. The staff here is amazingly friendly and helpful. Plus meats again are great even after a major hurricane. Great job.
