NOT HAPPY!!! This place took care of my father's arrangements but did not do so in a timely manner! I advise everyone to stay away from this place. Because they were short staffed, absolutely nothing was done the right way. They didn't call anyone when his ashes were ready - they just assumed someone was picking them up - instead after repeated calls, they finally looked at their notes and realized the ashes were to be shipped somewhere. The death certificates were not completed and given to family in a timely manner - it took almost ONE MONTH for that to happen. This place has added more stress and grief to the family because of their LACK OF COMPASSION. His obituary has NEVER appeared online. Stay away from this place! Unfortunately, Google made me leave a star - but it's not even worth a half star!
