No customer service at all. I went there with my wife today to just get basic haircuts...i should of known not to trust anything inside a walmart...there were 4 stylist there when i arrived i signed myself and my wife up and the stylist at the register said alright ill take you over here. She got sidetracked by a customer wanting to buy shampoo...thats understandable...but then after that she walked ober to the other two stylist that didnt have customers at the time they talked for a min then grabbed there purses and left...they didnt say anything about when they would be back or what to do..the stylist that was left who had a customer didnt even acknowledge that we were there waiting...if they went to lunch ok but why does everyone have to go at once plus it was only 10:00am. We waited for about 15 min then walked next door to chiefland family hair salon who were very professional and did a great job

She did a horrible job just trimming my son's hair. It looks like a 2 year old did it. Waist of money.
I went to get my eyebrows done, told me there would be a 30 minute wait. That is totally fine, she was alone and cutting another person's hair. Then a boy came in to get his hair cut, and she cut his hair before doing my eyebrows. I walked out without receiving the service. You should always follow the order of the customers that come in.
One hair stylist to manage 5 or 6 different peiple hairs cuts is very sorry and poor practice The chubby girl with purple hair and the nose piercings was rude and refused peiple at 6:45 pm
