I am working at a hotel in the area and I called for a guest who needed something dry cleaned... It was on Friday at around 10am. The guest said she wanted to turn it in today and pick it up on Saturday (they are open and close at 2pm). I understand this might be difficult in such a short time, but the woman on the phone was so rude to me. She was all but yelling that she couldn't do that. The guest was elderly and I had to ask a few more questions for her and the more I asked her, the more disrespectful and louder she became! I know next time I need dry cleaning, I'll be going to the next town over.
