Very helpful, would prefer this to rent a center except they didn't have product I was looking for, but the lady went out of her way to help me, had many items to choose from
How is a company "accidentally" allowed to take out a payment twice in a month and not be required to put the second payment back? We now DO NOT have the money to pay our electric bill because the manager said, "Oh, we'll just credit it to next month's payment." How about if I walk in, pick up what I was and tell the manager, "Just credit it to next month's payment." Thank you, Aaron's for making an old woman shake with worry that we don't have the money to pay the bills this month. She works very hard to make sure that all bills are paid and you just screwed us.
Staff is very helpful. I have had 3 contracts since September of 2016. Any issues arise with my laptops or phone they correct it fast and proper. Payments are good for my products and the customer care provided has always been personal. Love this store.
