Found a really great buy in the clearance area, the stand up freezer had a slight scratch on it..no big deal. Carol and the staff treated Larry and I wonderful. Delivered on time. I was not home when it was delivered, Larry was..and he was dealing with our A.C man,as our central unit had gone out...when I got home..the freezer was were we wanted it..to make along story short. Larry pointed out ALL THE NEW SCRACTHES on it. So I called Carol. Her response was: "I didn't see it go out the door". And have a nice day, when you pay a delivery fee you want your things delivered in good condition. We won't be buying from Badcock in Chiefland again. Cash payers beware.
Over priced for sure. Good for going in to test out furniture, but I recommend looking for the same product someplace else. We found a futon there and they wanted $499 for it. Found the same futon for $200 online.
Everything in my house is practically BADCOCKs. My bed,dishwasher, freezer, washer&dryer,microwave cart,entertainment center,book cases,lawn mower and some stuff for my daughter. Just bought living room furniture.
